Russia is having a balloon sale. But not the kind you buy for the in-laws after surgery, the kind Iran and North Korea can afford. If you hear news that China or another country all of a sudden has bolstered their army, navy, or air force, it could be a trap! I mean how hard would it be to park a fleet of inflatable planes near a public or unused military strip, and then emplace massive "SAMbushes"? Only easy way to see through this kind of a ploy is with advanced intelligence assets such as Rivet Joint. So if China's tank quantity doubles with seemingly no expenditure, raise an eyebrow...
