These are three mini posts, the kind you put out throughout the day:

Sweet the U.S. Air Force is using the B-1 as an orbiting weapons werehouse, full of up to 35 tons of thermobaric, precision guided, kinetic(a bomb filled with concrete or better), or low-collateral damage(DIME?) munitions to support troops with PGM fires followed by low altitude close air support. If you have ever seen a B-1 maneuver in afterburner at treetop heights its an absolutely breathtaking sight and if your an enemy combatant, a damn good reason to run like hell. I mean if that thing is around your not going to see it when the bombs DO drop, because of its new Sniper targeting pod it looks like you are crushing ants from the pilots view.
Even better news? Star Wars Lancer: "As the B-1 nears its 25th anniversary, a new chapter could be opening up for the bomber with an even more precise weapon, the airborne laser. TheĀ Air Force's chief scientist, Dr. Werner Dahm, flew on a Lancer recently to see if the crew could operate an airborne laser platform in the tightly spaced cockpit while continuing to do their duties. The laser is capable of precision targeting and minimizes unintended damage when the enemy places hostile networks near schools and mosques. The Lancer could be looking at a prototype laser by 2014" - http://www.defencetalk.com/b-1-bomber-adapts-remains-effective-in-wars-25955/

Kiowa pilots play GTA, adopt tactics to afghanistan. Flying while shooting an m16 at a Taliban motorcycle baby! http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=436_1270829278
Apparently two Taliban were moving out on a motorcycle, their favorite mode of transportation, probably after they had just hit a convoy with an IED. They fire at them with a variety of weaponry until the convoy can catch up and arrest them. Awesome!
In another post: this asian bus rips into these cars while the driver tries to play carmageddon. In reality it looks like the driver fails to notice the congestion in time to use the brakes. But this could be on Jalopnik for what its worth...
"India is expected to be among the fastest-growing air travel markets in the world over the next 10 years, Airbus, the world's biggest plane maker, said in a recent statement.
Over the next 20 years, Indian carriers will need 1,030 new aircraft worth $138 billion, it said. "
A good article would be contemplating the pollution generated by those 1,030 aircraft.
